Several of our offices offer a rental service. In case we do not have this service in the vicinity of your home, we work closely with reliable partners who can perform this task. Management tasks can include the collection of the monthly rent for long term rentals, maintain your garden and / or pool, receiving your tenants with optional linen rental and cleaning service. In short, a complete range of services that makes it possible for your house to function well and carefree without you having to worry. You can use all of these services, or select which one you wish to undertake yourself and which one you want us to handle for you. These services are only available if we offer your home for holiday or long-term rental. Our company would love to make you an offer. In addition to all the above services we can of course provide for holiday or long-term rental of your property through our sites and our network.

 


The management of your property ...

If you have a property in Spain but you're not present throughout the year, or have no time to conduct the management yourself, we can take care of it for you. Should you decide to rent your property for the long term then you have to deal with the monthly rent, which you may wish us to collect for you. In addition, you might want that our team keeps check on your home. Some of our offices can offer you these services. Receiving your guests ...

For rental we can offer a reception service. This means that we have your keys, and that we receive the tenants in the house and inspect your property with them both on arrival and on departure to make sure everything is in order. If maintenance or repairs are required, we will inform you accordingly, and if you wish have the repairs carried out. If something is broken during the rental by the tenant then your relationship manager will inform you accordingly, and arrange if necessary that this will be settled with the security deposit.

 


Cleaning and linen service ...

In a number of our offices we have the ability to arrange for a cleaning and linen service. Our staff will clean your home, and if we also rent the linen, will change this and prepare your home for the new guests. This service can be used only if we also rent out your house; we offer cleaning service only for holiday rentals and possibly at the first arrival of a long-term rental. Upon request we can also make arrangements for an intermediate cleaning in case of holiday rentals for several weeks. Depending on the location of your property, we can go through the options with you.

 


Garden and pool maintenance ...

If you have a garden and / or pool, you will not only want to maintain it, but also for example want to monitor the quality of your pool water. With the combination of housekeeping and maintenance of your garden and swimming pool, you have the guarantee that this service is properly and professionally done.

 


Emergencies during the rental ...

It can always happen that something stops functioning during the rental of your property. This can vary from a pool pump to the washing machine, fridge etc. In the event that we manage your property we will ask on your behalf price quotations to have it fixed, and ask your permission to have this rapidly and professionally repaired. If tenants are present in your home this is obviously urgently needed and our team will handle this with the highest priority.

 


Costs ...

For an overview of the costs for the management, we would like to make an appointment with you. Your tenants will pay an important part of these costs such as the cleaning or the linen rental. Of course you are entirely free to decide how you want to arrange cleaning, maintenance and linen if you rent through our websites. The above-mentioned services are offered as an optional extra for your benefit.
