SGR Guarantee – Your Payment Protected with AzurSelect

AzurSelect is affiliated with the SGR under number 3614.

In the media, we regularly see reports of travellers who have rented a holiday home that did not exist or who booked through a travel organisation that later went bankrupt.

When you book via the websites of AzurSelect, your prepaid travel funds are guaranteed by the SGR, the Dutch Stichting Garantiefonds Reisgelden. This protection applies to customers residing in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom.

The SGR guarantees your prepaid travel funds. However, this protection only applies when booking with a travel organisation that is officially affiliated with the SGR. AzurSelect is registered with the SGR under number 3614, which you can verify independently via the official SGR website.

To become a member of the SGR, a travel organisation must undergo annual financial audits and provide a bank guarantee. Only financially stable and professionally managed travel companies meet these strict requirements. Booking with an SGR-affiliated organisation does not cost you anything extra, yet it provides full certainty regarding your prepaid funds.

Bookings for customers residing in the United Kingdom are also covered by the SGR guarantee. If you live in the UK and would like further information about the SGR (Stichting Garantiefonds Reisgelden), you may also consult the Civil Aviation Authority (Consumer Protection Group / ATOL).

For full details, please refer to the official SGR guarantee terms.
