We do not charge booking fees. All mandatory and optional costs — such as tourist tax, final cleaning or pool heating — are clearly specified both in the villa description under the “Important” section and during the booking process, so you always know exactly what you are paying for.

During the reservation process, we guide you step by step and ensure that all practical matters — from availability to arrival details — are clearly arranged. Because we work directly with property owners and local managers, communication is efficient and transparent.

Especially for peak season, we strongly recommend booking early. Many villas are fully reserved months in advance. For summer holidays, it is wise to start looking from September onwards for the following year.
